Crashes after simming

I have experienced a lot of crashes after simming out anything from a couple of weeks to several years. It has happened in several different situations, in different leagues, and on two different computers. I suspect it has to do with facegen because it happens at the point at the end of a sim where it generates faces for guys to show on the schedule screen, though I may be wrong. I am having no other problems with Facegen now (assuming that's what it is).

ctorg, kind of an obvious question, but have you continued to see this problem after the first patch?

So far, no. But I have been playing a historical league without facegen, so I don't know if that might have affected things.
