Disappearing wins and losses for pitchers

About 27 years into a sim (PC with latest patch and using fictional league based on Game in A Box download), all pitchers suddenly have 0W and 0L records for every year on their in-game history screens. Although their year-by-year records seem fine on the archived SION section, this is a rather annoying development. Anyone else experienced this (or found a way to fix it)?

Rather bizarrely, this now seems to have rectified itself as suddenly as it appeared. So never mind.
