Random CTDs

I just bought a MacBook Pro and bought OOTP 2007 for it. I had a league going for the PC version and I copied the saved games file across. The league loads fine and everything but the game crashes to desktop completely randomly and instantly within a week of simming. I really have no idea what is going on. Could it be related to the PC save?

If it works on the pc it should work on the mac. Could it be a facegen issue? I don't know anything about macs so I can't be of much help.

Have you experienced this problem using the full second patch, version 2.0.2.53?
