Stuck!!! Need Help!!!

I can't begin my season. Everytime I try to sim past the first date, I get an attention message stating:Burlington has an illegal number of players on the active roster (0).

Burlington is my rookie league team. All my rosters are full. Does anyone know what I need to do to advance?

It seems you don't have enough players in the minors. First thing I'd try is enabling 'Ghost Players', which is somewhere in the Game Setup options (don't have the game open right now, sorry). Ghost Players are fake players created just before a minor league game starts and are deleted just after a minor league game ends, and their purpose is to fill in exactly the kind of roster gaps you seem to have in your league. Hopefully that does the trick; otherwise you'll probably need to fill your minor leagues with fictional players.

Sorry, I misread your post- all your rosters are full? That is bizarre indeed... still give ghost players a try, if you haven't already.

All my rosters are full. Ghost players are enabled. I cant figure this out.

I was wrong, my rookie league team has no one on the roster. The roster is empty. I have tried to fill it with fictional players, and it does not fill up.

I have 3 rookie league teams. 2 of them have a full roster, and 1 is empty. I can not fill it. the AI shifted my players from AZL Royals to my original empty Burlington team. Now the attention message states: AZL Royals has an illegal number of players on the active roster (0).

Which version of the game are you using? If you are not using 2.0.2.53, could you please upgrade your game and let us know if you are still having your problem?
