relievers don't warmup during rain delay
I have the latest patch and always play out games in my solo league...I start warming up a reliever as my starter has let 2 men on and is at 96 pitches. A batter or two earlier, it started to rain. There is a 45 minute rain delay.
I want to pull my pitcher, obviously...but my reliever remains in the "warming up" mode that he was in before the rain delay. So I have to pitch with my starter and of course the guy gives up a 2-run double. Ugh. |

Sounds like your reliever didn't want to pitch/warm up in the rain which seems logical to me.

After a rain delay it should consider any pitcher you put in as warmed up. So if you make the change, after a rain delay, before a pitch is thrown the game needs to treat him as completely warm.
After a rain delay the pitcher is allowed to warm up. Especially after a 45 minute rain delay the umpires wouldn't have the starter walk out and throw 6 or 7 pitches and call the batter up.
