Save/Load Process Failing

I am into my 12th season of a solo league, simming all games for one team. I went to load it this morning and the load stopped at 93%, seemed to be when it was loading the facestuff. I looked in the directory and noticed the size of the face file was 0k. I figured i had nothing to lose so i copied a face file from another saved game and tried loading again....it worked ... my league was saved! A couple days later I ran into the same problem, and copied another games face file into the league directory and it worked again. this has happened 4-5 times now, starting to tic me off. I looked in this forum for an old thread with a simalar problem, seems old threads are not kept in this forum. Anyways, anyone else run into this, or have any idea how to permantly fix this?

Which operating system are you using? What are some of your system specs (processor speed, memory, etc)? How many teams full of players with pictures exist in your universe throughout all leagues?
