OOTP Won't Load - Driver Components Mismatch

Game will not Load. Fails on the following error:

DRIVER COMPONENTS MISMATCH. EXIT IS THE ONLY OPTION.

(nVidia OpenGL Driver)

Just installed a second Video Card & two flat panels. Game worked fine until that install.

Removed OOTP 2007 and re-installed Game & patch. Same Result.

OS: Windows XP.

Game version 2.0.2.53

Obvious first question: did you check your video card manufacturer(s) website to make sure you have the latest drivers for one/both cards?
