Import problem 2007 into 8

I run the league using the latest version 8.0.0.13 and a gm uses the 200 version, When i import his file it says retrieved file from server but did not import because is from wrong version

anyone know why it does this or what the fix is?

i thought 2007 loaded into OOTP 8

It should. Is he using version 2.0.3.68?
