HS Feeder League Has No Players!

Okay, I am sure I am missing something, but my HS feeder league never has any player in it. What do I need to set in the Game Setup screen for the teams to get populated with HS players every year? Thanks for the help.

How many years have you simmed in your saved game?

How did you originally create this feeder league? Was it during the creation of the saved game, or afterwards?
