Three days is not enough time

I was told to link to my previous thread (now closed), but was not told HOW to link. Apparently hitting 'permalink' is not the way to go, which makes me wonder just what 'permalink' is supposed to do.

At any rate, consider this my request to reopen the previous thread, since nothing was resolved.
