Game Freezes when scouting on Dec. 31

Twice I have had dynasties crash on December 31 when the game is undergoing the OSA scouting phase. It reaches a percentage and then ceases to function and freezes. I have v.9.1 and am running OOTP on Windows XP. Defragged, plenty of RAM, etc. etc.

Can you let us know, has this dynasty crashed since installing 9.1.2?

Is this a league converted from a pervious version of the game?

Does it always crash every time?

How large is this league?
