Could Not Load Players File

My game crashed while saving. When I try to re-open, I get the same error message when it gets to about ~52% loading:

"DATABASE::load_database - could not load players file"

I hope this isn't bad

If you look in the saved game directory for your league, what size is the file players.dat?

players.dat is 3,068 KB.

I don't really care about the rest of the league, if there's a way to only save my team I'll be more than happy, haha.

OK. Could you zip up the .dat files from your league directory and FTP them up to us as per the instructions in the How To FTP Your Files to Us thread.
