NL stats not being logged in second year

Ok. I payed the Pittsburgh Pirates for the 2007 season and then went through the offseason and entered the new season (2008 ). Now that the regular season has started, the AL stats are being kept normally, but the NL stats are all zeores. I am 3 games in and everyone in the NL still has a 0-0 record and no one has a batting average or era or anything. In the AL everything is normal. This is a bit wierd I have to say.

How did you start the game? Is it a Lahman based game?
