One Owner complaining of no messages/box?

I'm running an OOTP 7/8 league, and one of the owners said that he hasn't been able to get box scores or messages in his game. He's the only owner that has complained of this problem. His exports are coming through fine. He is using OOTP 2007, latest patch.

The league file center on my end says that 7 days of box scores/messages should be going out each sim. What would cause one owner to stop receiving them.

First step, I'd have him completely delete his entire league.lg directory and re-download the league file.
