Historical Franchise ID?

I was wondering, if i deleted the Historical Franchise ID from the Edit Team page, would that stop relocation?

When you go to another page after deleting it...it reappears for some reason. At least in my experience.

I don't know the answer to the first question - about stopping relocation.

As to the second post, I do know that you have to hit "Enter" in the field for the change to take effect. If you delete the ID and don't hit "Enter", the change will not take.
