problem with stats in a historical league
I started a 16 team historical team of what I considered the best teams in baseball or teams I followed growing up. I used the fictional league format then deleted the fictional teams and imported the historical teams.
When I started my season the 1978 Dodgers stats are not zeroed out. Thus after 1 game the Dodgers are leading all catagories in the National league. For example, Ron Cey has hit 18 homers although he did not hit one on opening day. This does not appear to be the case with any of the 15 other teams? Did I do something wrong? Do I just restart without my Dodgers? Part of the fun will be to see who leads the league. Thanks for any suggestions and hopefully this was posted in the right forum. Joe |

just guessing - did you accidentally check the box "keep this seasons stats" while importing ? This would explain what you experienced IMO.

Could be since I didn't even know there was that option! Went under functions and cleared all the stats for the league. Only lost one game.
Thank you Joe |
