Newbie - - Historic League?

I am interested in DL a historic league.. Where do you find this file?? For example, if I want to import a historic team,league from 1990.. how and where do I find this?

When you start a new custom league, you get some options. One of these options is to create a historical league. You are able to say what year you want the league to start. There are other options and decisions, but that will get you started.
