Designating for Assignment Problem

I cannot Designate anyone for assignment. After they clear waivers I try to put them in my minor leagues and up pops up and Information Box. And I cannot go any further. Please help or fix Thanks

What does the box say? I may not know how to fix it, but knowing what the game's telling you should be helpful to other, more experienced players.

I assuming you DFA the players when you waived. The text in the box is missing. This happened to me as well. Check and see if the players have a major league contract. If they do they must be on the 40 man to be in the minors.
