Sandlot Baseball League Forming

The newly formed Sandlot Baseball League is looking to fill the final 4 spots we have. The rest of the ownership has been formed from the APBL (Welcome to APBL, an Out of the Park Baseball Simulation League!) and HBL (HBL Baseball.com) - two of the longest running leagues in the OOTP universe (and that's no exaggeration). Here's the skinny:

- 24 real teams, with fictional players
- 11 years of history already simmed for a little background
- $100M Salary cap
- $25M Cash cap
- No draft pick trading (FA compensation enabled)
- DH in BOTH leagues
- No coaches, no scouts
- 4 sims per week (M/W/F/Su)
