Owner Retired

My Owner retired in 2020. No new owner has come on board yet. What is going to happen or what do I need to do?

Worst case you should have a new owner by the end of your next season. Where are you at in your current season?

The season had just ended and now i am all the way through spring training and still no owner. I even tried resigning as GM and simming forward a few days and still no new owner appointed.

I didn't even know that owners retired...I thought they just died.

I thought this bug was supposed to be fixed. You sure you are running the latest build?

They can also sell the team to another person.

I almost never see anything other than "Son takes over team from owner" when an owner dies. I don't know the exact numbers of average years of team ownership, but the team is always sold these days.
