Building a new league file

Hey, new to OOTP13. Just need some help in how to build a file for an online league. I have the file, just need to know where and how I unzip the file to so that I can open it in the game. Thanks.

What I mean is that I have the online league's file. I'm a GM and need to get started in the league by building whatever .lg file I need so that I can open the file from the league up in the game. Hope this clarifies.

If the league file was prepared properly, you should be able to unzip it as a full folder and simply use the load game button from OOTP to find the game and load it. There should also be a way to automatically download and use league files from within the game. Use the help menu to consult the manual.
