In our online league we have 22 teams and we are using the 2012 CBA rules. I have two teams that lost their 1st round picks even though they are in the top 10 and should have been protected.
I have attached RD4 and RD1 of our draft. In RD4, which is the first round in our draft where there are no effects of compensation, you can see the correct draft order for our league. In RD1, you can see that both Brooklyn and Providence do not have picks in RD1 even though their top 10 picks should have been protected. I would have posted this in the bug thread but it seems to be closed.

I have to assume that the number of protected picks scales with the size of the league.
10 protected for 30 team league (MLB) 7 protected for 22 team league? |

If that is the case it would be nice if it said that somewhere. Hard to run a league when the rules are unclear. Hope someone from OOTP can verify if this is the case.
