Arizona & Tampa Bay didn't show up in 1998

I bought the every year bundle and started in 1997. Arizona and Tampa Bay never started in 1998. Also, Milwaukee never switched leagues after the 1998 season.

I think you have the wrong product. There is no every year bundle in v13.

Are you talking about iOOTP?
