Waiver wire and Des. for assignment?

Is there any way to disable the waiver wire and Designate to assignment in the newest OOTP? I love the old OOTP 5 and the iOS versions because they dont have this feature. I know its all realistic but it annoys the heck out of me and makes simulating seasons take way too long.

Easily. You have two options:

1) Don't play with minors. This will disable all those related rules such as the 40-man roster, Rule V draft, waiver/DFA/refusal to demote, and so forth.

2) Alternately, if you click on the drop down listing number of waiver days, there should be an option to disable the rule. Ditto with DFA.
