New Universe, and player generation

Please forgive the rookie question.

Is a "universe" as mentioned in the forum the same as a "game" one can create from the screen?

Where the heck is the fighter generator? I gather that I can create a database of fictional fighters, but cannot see where to do this. Do fictional fighters get added to the game's database, or are they in a separate database?

It exists go into the edit section, and there is a random boxer generator. You can create thousands in a second plus it has different options you may use to create them like male or female, nationality, and scope of the ratings.
