Editing cities available in game

Hey guys,

I'm looking at creating a fictional league that involves dumping teams from the coast and changing the "market size" of a lot of the other teams. With that being said:

1) How can I edit the cities/states where players come from?
2) How can I edit the market size of certain cities throughout the country?

Where do I find the "cities.txt" file, so that way I can open it up and edit it?

1. When you create a league, you can select a region from where the players will come from.
2. Market sizes are edited in the team's page. I'm not sure exactly what you mean.

It's the world_default. It's an XML file. It's in Documents\Out of the Park Developments\OOTP Baseball 15\database
