is there a way to look at the osa reports other than during trades? ive had a look everywhere but cant see one

If you mean the OSA scouting reports on the player, on the player profile page there is a button in the top right that says OSA next to the button Head Scout. This will display the OSA ratings of the player. If you mean the positional rankings, each team's is in each team's reports page and the leaguewide rankings are in the league pulldown under team I believe.

oh right thanks, i was hoping id find a page with similar info to the trade screen like

team a has a weakness at rf
team b has a weakness at ss
