How to change managers face?

I started a season and it randomly created my manger's face is there a way to edit his appearance?

Not inside the game.

You can keep regenerating pics until you get one you like though.

Go into the editor and then you can as Quest said regenerate or use a facegen. or photo.

He didn't ask if he could change it. He asked if he could EDIT it.....I told him no, but he could CHANGE it.....
