Dorque Bat Boy Join Date: May 2014 Posts: 5	After inaugural draft I have 100 21/21's I only ran through the first 40ish of 200ish rounds manually in my random universe. Then I went to the roster screen and discovered all but maybe one guy on each minor team was a whopping 21/21. Is that just because they are new and they aren't scouted? Will those go up? (And then I finished the first week of games and a 45 changed to a 21/21. It's contagious!)
