Control of pitching staff order?

Hi,

I've got the Manager Settings set up to have me control all lineup/roster decisions, but it doesn't seem to take. Specifically, my pitching staff keeps getting re-ordered (it keeps slotting a MR in the 5th slot, and I have to keep re-inserting my 5th SP).

What am I overlooking?

edit: nvm

Right-click on his name to "Set Game Strategy" and try forcing him to start at reliever.
