Unretiring players

I accidently retired a player and would like to unretire him. I looked on the manual but it must be an older manual cause there is nothing like what it says in OOTP15. Help needed to unretire the player.

Go into commishioner mode, then right click on the player and select 'unretire'.

Not sure where commissioner mode is but I did find it under the tab at the top call ML and went down to League Settings and then clicked on retired players which opened up more tabs with one name retired players, found the player and right clicked and chose unretire player, which worked.

Is that commissioner mode?

commish mode can be found under your GM name (3rd tab from left) manager settings
