Salutations!
I'm brand new to the game (ootp and baseball!), just started a classic league and I'm in my (I think) 5th season. I'm starting to get some young players through who are (IRL) future HOFers. Some are young pitchers. When I first got the game I watched all the videos that are on the pop-up screen, and I remember one saying to change PCnt for players under 26 to .... <I can't remember the number> I tried watching a few games to see when they get tired but I'm not sure that's a good indication (does it change based on conditions/how far you into the season, do you even want them to reach the level of being tired? etc). So, for now, I've set the number to 50. For no other reason than it's a round number! Does anyone know what the PCnt value is in the video (I don't even know how to get that pop-up menu back, I ticked the "do not show" box ???), or what do you think it should be for young pitchers? Should the number be lower if they are very young (i.e. X for players 18-20, Y for players 20-23, Z for players 23-26)? Bare in mind that I'm in the 1800s, so the minor league teams are really active/not enough players to fill them. So I have very young players in my 25/40 man rosters. TYVM in advance. |

i think the record for pitches thrown prior to 1900 is like 271, so it wont matter until you get past 1990.
