New to OOTP; a few questions about setting up my game

I'm wondering how to set up a fully integrated world with all MLB, MiLB, foreign, and independent leagues.

I want former major leaguers and minor league washouts to sign with foreign or independent leagues to extend their careers. I want impact players from foreign leagues to sign with MLB teams, ala Abreu and Tanaka. I want foreign prospects to be able to sign with MLB organizations. I want to be able to sign players to my MLB organization out of independent leagues.

Basically, I want a baseball universe that mimics real life as closely as possible. I also would like logos and uniforms for all teams and an updated post trade deadline roster to start with.

I hope I'm not asking for too much or coming across as a noob. If anyone could help me with this I'd be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

You can start a game with all those leagues loaded, but then you'd have to add the indies yourself.

I play with a similar set-up, but only one indy added so far. Older and fringe players tend to sing with international or indy teams. Players like Tanaka move up to the MLB, but that depends how you set up the international league's free agency rules. More often than not the best international free agents make the step up.

You can allow the indy league to sell players so major league teams could buy their contracts. And of course, as free agents.

Download and install the All-in-One through the add-ons central. I haven't tried it, but it should be up to date.

There's no post trade deadline roster yet.
