Changing font type, size, colours and background?

This is my first time playing OOTP and I was wondering if it was possible to change the font styles, colours, and size of the text in the game. And also the background colours of the display screens (i.e. white to black and black to white). It would be great if this was available since I find it extremely difficult to see small text especially in poor contrast (i.e. black text on gray) and from the screen shots I've seen so far the text is pretty small.

Yes. Click on the game button at the top. Then go to preferences. Most of what you want will be there. Also, if you are handy with folder structures it's pretty simple to change the font type.

I think once you change the size and background color you wont need to change the font type.

I change the font every so often just to mix up the look and feel (I have a short attention span and get bored easily). But a lot of fonts don't look good because either they're natively too large or small, too bold or light or, in the case of special fonts, don't have certain characters (hyphens, parentheses and period come to mind).
