Sabres2000 All Star Starter Join Date: Feb 2014 Posts: 1,010	Youth Question I plan to make my scouting a big thing for my expansion team... Would u suggest putting a good amount of budget into my scouting? Also i have read on the internet but obviously OOTP and IRL are different but i read that some MLB teams sign 16/17 yr olds to contracts and assign them to their DSL/rookie clubs or just their complex club until they are 20 ish... Also does the complex keep track of their stats or just in A +
