Games started / Starting lineups used

In OOTP, is there a quick way to see games started by player in a calendar format? I play every game out and it would be nice to see at a glance the starting lineup you used over each day of the season. I could never find an easy way to see when a fielder had his last day off. I have been doing this with a spreadsheet outside of OOTP but wonder if this is something within OOTP that I am just unaware of. Example, Ben Revere is tiring, I check back and see I have not given him a day off in 25 days and he is coming off of 2 extra inning games in a row. Perfect day to give Herrera a start in Center.

There should be a 7 day lineup option in the roster screen. It's after you set your lineups for various situations LHP/DH and such...it shows the starter and the lineup for the day.
