Feeder League Question

So right now I have the following

USBL Major League (24 teams)
AAA
AA
A
SS
RL

Then feeding to the USBL I got
NCAA D-1 (68 Teams)
Max Preps Top 30 East (HS)
Max Preps Top 30 West (HS)

I know with 128 feeder teams that I will have excess players so I created an additional league in Japan that has 10 teams (the Real NIPPON League)..Also what would you give the NIPPON League as far as league reputation out of 10????

Question does that league need a feeder or will it pick from USBL and its feeders HS and College???

Will any of my american players get drafted or sign as free agents in the Japanese league?

Feeder league players get drafted by whatever league the feeder league is attached to, in this case the USBL.

If they go undrafted and become free agents, they could be signed by your Japan league teams.

Your Nippon league should have it's own draft. The players will either come from a feeder league for your Nippon league or be created sometime before the draft if you don't make one.
