ohiorudy Minors (Single A) Join Date: Nov 2003 Posts: 52	Scouting Issues? When I look at international free agents and the amateur draft there are a number of 5 star potential positions players, but zero pitchers above 1 star. I am using a quick start league and have not changed any of the settings.
