Sync Game Start Time?

Right now if I input 3PM in the schedule editor games on the Score screen show a start time of 11AM EST. But, after the game is played and I look at the box scores it shows a 3PM start time which is what I set in the editor. Can't remember, but thought there was a way to get the start times on the Score screen to match with what I input in the schedule editor. If so, can someone point me in the right direction?
