Secondary Logo Won't Stay Removed

I have the "Lock Team Logos & Textures" box checked but every time I reboot the game the secondary logos come back. I'm in 1919 and keep getting modern day secondary logos. How do I make them stay gone without deleting them from the logos folder?

The only way I found was to go through each team and load my primary logo as a secondary logo also. The game will resize it automatically.

There seems to be some issue with the game writing over logos and textures even with that box checked. I reported it a while back but it seems like a rare occurrence and hard to pin down.

My solution was a different folder for historical logos. The game has its own logo for historical teams which aren't always the historical logos. It seems like in this version the compressed files override your custom files. So I have my historical stuff in a different folder and I customize my database paths.
