International Scouting Updates

I'm posting this again because I don't think anyone has seen the post considering there is no replies and it's now on the 5th page.

I believe the game should be able to allow you to have a scouting mission to a certain country.

Here is an example: You want to scout Zimbabwe because you think you could get a good prospect from there. So you go to your scouts page and there's a button somewhere that says scouting mission and you can choose that country.

Also, the amount of your scouting budget you give to international scouting will affect how many missions you can go on and where the missions are.

That's the way scouting used to work, thankfully it was changed.

Is that affected at all in the player screen to start leagues when you select % of foreign players and the countries?
