Player Faces Disappear in 3D

Is there anyway to keep the player photos/names in the field as the ball is hit in 3D? The photos/names are there prior to the pitch such as:

However, when the pitch is thrown and ball in play it goes to this:

Any ideas?

I wish there was - this pretty much keeps me from playing in 3D as I find it annoying that the names disappear.

Agreed. I like the 3D aspect but REALLY wish the faces/player names didn't disappear. I guess I will continue to play through webcast.
