Can you add regions?

I did submit this on the mod forum, but maybe it is not the same?

I was wondering if the region file can be changed to incorporate a region that doesn't exist at present. Like combining Germany, Austria, and Switzerland int one...or any other variation.

great question. I would also like to create regions for multiple states. For example, a region for Texas and Oklahoma, or Nebraska and Iowa.
