mpbaseball22 Minors (Single A) Join Date: Aug 2015 Posts: 74	Pitch Potential So my scout has a pitchers curveball portential at 45. OSA has the potential at 70. I dont want to use him in the rotation in this and hes out of option years. If I put him in the pen will he still develop his third pitch?
