Eastern League Stats/Modifier Change?

Hi all, so I started a new standard game, backed it up, and have simmed through 2015 a dozen or so times. Every time the eastern league (AAA) has a huge total ERA. This particular time it was 5. I mean its been like this every time. All the other minor leagues has a sort of normal ERA but EL is so high. Can I change this? Modify something in the league modifiers? I mean it cant be the pitchers since all the time since these sims have E-rod/Owens/Barnes on it and they stink. Any way thanks if you can help

UPDATE: Just put Lester/Lackey/Kennedy/Buccholz, updated their stats to all 15/20 and they still had a combined ERA of 4.2. Granted their morale may have played a factor.
