Retired Numbers

I remember in 15 the computer automatically retired numbers, I havent seen this yet in 16. Is there a setting I missed or is it once a player is elected to the HOF?

In my solo game its retired 4 numbers but I still do not know how the game bases the idea of retiring numbers.

Numbers definitely aren't getting retired by the AI as frequently as in 15, but it still happens.

In 15, I'd create a league and sim from 1901 to 2015. Most teams had 3-4 retired numbers. This year, the list is much lower.
