Bug? Was it fixed for v. 16?

I see a batter with a triple and a green info box without info.

According to the out of town scoreboard the leadoff batter of the inning tripled.

So I checked the league leaderboards and he is not a "top-25" guy.

Game log confirms that this was just a plain old triple.

It appears that a green info box pops up for no reason.

Ahhhh...it looks like the "Player X has hit 2 triples in the game" green info box is bugged.

It doesn't appear to be a team record and it's not listed in the box score but I couldn't find the screen that shows that in order to confirm.
