NCAA Draft
Hello I have designed a league to be like the NCAA but my problem is there are no good people in the amateur draft. Is there a way to make the quality of players in the draft better quality?
Thanks |

If you go ahead with the draft, the better players will rise when they start accumulating stats. By the end of the season, you should see better ratings among the players. The ratings are essentially there to show how trade-able players are. The higher their potential, the more trade-able they are, obviously. Do you have the league set to not allow trades? That may explain why their ratings don't look good at first glance.

Yes, I have trading off because I want to make it as realistic as possible to NCAA baseball.

How far along have you simmed now? If you're toward the end of the season, you may see ratings starting to normalize.

I am in the 2020s and the ratings of players are still the same as in MLB drafts.

You have to Jack up your player development numbers to at least 2.000 Even 3.000 then guys in one season will Get close to their potential ratings.
I do this in a lot of leagues and works fine for me. |
