Any way to update hall of fame pictures?

For some reason the caps on a few of my hall of famers are off, can I update them somehow?

If you go to your saved_games/league.lg/news/html/images/hof folder, you can delete the cards in there, and when you go back to the HOF page it will regenerate them

That regenerates the Hall of Fame pictures using the current team's uniform. So, for example, if an organization has a team name change, the Hall of Famer gets the cap of the current team. Is there a way to put a picture in place using a cap from the era in which they played?
