Dual players still develop hitting and pitching

Although I was happy to find him on the FA as a hidden gem, I don't think that a reliever that had potential as a batter, should develop his batting ability fully.

Thats true, it seems weird that he developed as a hitter if all he did was pitch

he does have very high WE, so maybe he takes a lot of BP

This is why the NL shouldn't adopt the DH. (And why you should turn off league evolution to avoid the NL adopting the DH.)

Can you play a pitcher as a DH when he isn't playing? It's academic since he's in the NL, but it might be useful in other cases. A modern-day Babe Ruth, maybe: a good pitcher who turns out to be an even better batter. Fewer home runs, though.
